Join the Canadian Yoga Institute for Wellness Yoga inside Nikka Yuko Japanese Garden.  

Wellness Yoga is the application of yoga practice to alleviate physical and mental health conditions with the view of promoting self-care and encouraging overall well-being. In this class we use yoga postures, breathing exercises, meditation and guided imagery to improve our mental and physical health. The holistic focus of yoga therapy encourages the integration of body, mind and spirit.

Wellness Yoga will run every Wednesday from June 3 to September 30 from 5:30PM to 6:45PM.

Please note: Your class begins at 5:30PM, please arrive 10-15 minutes early and meet at the Nikka Yuko Visitors Centre. 

Yoga will be outdoors only, please come prepared for the outdoors (Water, sunscreen, bug spray) and follow proper social distancing protocols by setting your mat 2 meters or 6 feet from other attendees. 

Yoga at Nikka Yuko is ran through the Canadian Yoga Institute.
